Odom Law Firm was established in 1982 by Bobby Lee Odom. The firm is housed in the Guisinger building which was constructed in 1886 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building, which was originally a hardware store and later served as a music store, was renovated by Mr. & Mrs. Odom to its original condition during the first year of the firm's operation.

Odom Law Firm, P.A. has a long history of helping individual citizens from all walks of life who need aggressive legal representation. The five attorneys in the firm have over 75 years of combined experience handling cases from traffic court to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Initial consultations with our attorneys are free, and most cases are handled on a contingency fee basis.

Our attorneys have provided legal services to people from many states and have appeared in courts in Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Pennsylvania, and Texas. We have frequently been involved in legal matters such as pharmaceutical drug litigation and occupational disease lawsuits which commonly cross state lines, and thus we have developed strong relationships with attorneys from across the country. Our extensive network of co-counsel in other states provides us with additional resources to handle many matters outside the borders of Arkansas.

At the same time, Odom Law Firm, P.A. proudly represents the citizens of Arkansas. Currently, the firm represents clients in over twenty counties in Arkansas and our attorneys have practiced in most state and federal courts in Arkansas. In an age where lawyers from all over the country place television advertisements on our local stations, we are committed to protecting the rights of our deserving citizens.

Odom Law Firm P.A. primarily limits its practice to personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, nursing home, occupational diseases, social security disability and products liability litigation, with a full trial practice including settlement of claims, mediation, litigation, and appellate advocacy. Lawyers with firm also handle domestic relations disputes, criminal matters, and condemnation cases.

The firm has been given an (AV) rating with Martindale Hubbell Law Directory.

Located on the square in historic downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas, the firm has five lawyers and a full support staff.
