ESTATE PLANNING & PROBATE
Our firm works with individuals to meet their estate planning needs. This work includes the drafting of wills, trusts, power of attorneys, and living wills. Banking relationships can be quite complicated and give rise to several legal issues. Odom Law Firm was established in 1982 by Bobby Lee Odom. The firm is housed in the Guisinger building which was constructed in 1886 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building, which was originally a hardware store and later served as a music store, was renovated by Mr. & Mrs. Odom to its original condition during the first year of the firm's operation.
