Attorney Don Jenkins focuses his practice on Labor and Employment law; Corporate Law; organizing and representing Small Businesses and their owners; Contract drafting and review, ERISA matters, Tax law, forming and advising Non Profit 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, and Estate Planning concerns for entrepreneur and their families. Don serves as city Attorney for the city of Kibler, Arkansas and works with many municipal and charitable organizations. Attorney Kevin Holmes focuses his practice on Civil Litigation, Employment Discrimination representation, Consumer protection law, Collection law, Family law, Social Security law, and Automobile accident representation. Kevin additionally serves as the Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City of Kibler. Attorney Pat Lewis’s practice is limited to Intellectual & Technology law, which includes matters such as patent searches & copy write registration, and the protection of intellectual interests. Attorney Murl Smith’s practice is limited to Real Estate and Bankruptcy law.
